Vínið hefur þéttan djúprauðan lit í glasinu. Nefið gefur frá sér sterka tóna af sólberjum, brómberjum og döggbláum bláberjum. Ofan á alla ávextina svífur viðkvæmur keimur af ferskri myntu, og í fyrstu fáðu að sopa af ríkulegum ávöxtum Malbec og mjótt uppbygging Cabernet Sauvignon leyft að gefa sig. Dökkir ávextir og ber, sætt tóbak, vanilla, brennt kaffi, súkkulaðikeimur og dásamlegt kryddað í lokin. Djörf fylling, jafnvægi tannín og langt flókið eftirbragð. Drekktu núna eða geymdu í 8-10 ár frá uppskeruári.

VINIFICATION Alcoholic fermentation for

tanks at a maximum temperature of 27°C.
Malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged
in second use French oak barrels with a
medium toast for six to nine months
before the final blend is assembled.
COLOR Intense red color.
NOSE fruity, notes of violets and rich plum
marmalade laced with delicate chocolate
and vanilla flavors and hints of hazelnuts.
MOUTH A soft, sweet entry leads to a
well-structured and long, persistent wine.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS Roast turkey,
beef tenderloin and pasta with red sauce.
