The Whistler Irish Honey Whiskey

The Whistler Irish Honey Whiskey was a natural collaboration between the Cooney family beekeepers and a love for Irish whiskey. Using some of the finest ex-bourbon matured and sherry finished Irish Whiskey, this was then infused with honey, harvested from the Cooney’s family orchards.

The Cooney Family are the 2nd largest hard cider producers in Ireland, which requires their orchards to be pollinated by millions of the Cooney’s own bees. Marie, the mother of the family, is the head bee keeper, and has been rapidly growing the bee population thanks to the success of the Whistler Honey Whiskey.

Irish Honey

The Whistler Irish Honey Whiskey was a natural collaboration between our family beekeepers and our love for Irish whiskey. We take some of the finest ex-bourbon matured Irish Whiskey and we infuse it with honey, harvested from our own family orchards.

NOSE

This nose is bursting with delicious creamy honeycomb, caramel, candied almonds and unmistakable undertones of smooth Irish whiskey.

PALATE

Opens with a healthy whiskey influence, immediately followed by incredibly creamy vanilla and caramel, with honey and candied almonds at the end.

FINISH

Long, smooth and decadent with more than a hint of honey that lingers on.
