Dark Symphony brings you on a exciting trip through the
Whistler universe. This otherworldly whiskey boasts a
unique finish in N.E.O.C (New Era Oak Cask) Cognac
barrel.
The N.E.O.C process includes hand
shaving and
delicately toasting the staves to bring forward oak
spiciness, working in harmony with notes of candied
fruits from the cognac influence.
Triple distilled for extra smoothness, our blend is a
choice of the finest Irish Malt and Grain whiskeys.
